At Portland Indoor Golf Club, we're not just a place to practice—we're your partner in achieving real improvement.

If you're serious about improving your golf game, PIGC is the place to be. I joined because I wanted to take my game from hovering just above scratch to truly dialed in.

I had tried everything—hitting the range, practicing short game at Quail Valley, and using my own launch monitor—but I was still missing key data points that could help me fine-tune my swing. Since joining PIGC, my game has transformed.

The TrackMan data, the short game area, the training aids, and the competitive yet supportive community have all pushed me to a new level. My biggest breakthrough? Getting absolutely dialed in from 80–150 yards.

The TrackMan Performance Center is a game-changer, and now I trust my numbers more than ever. Beyond the tech and the training, the real value of PIGC is the community.

I've met like-minded golfers who are just as dedicated as I am—guys balancing family, work, and a love for the game while still finding ways to get better. We push each other, share swing thoughts, and celebrate the low rounds together.

Since joining, my clubhead speed has jumped, my distances are up, and I finally have confidence in my power cut. I don't steer my drives anymore—I trust my swing and send it down the center.

If you're a golf nerd like me, PIGC is a dream come true. If I can't get to scratch while training here, I never will.

I've been golfing less than a year (9 months to the day, to be exact) — I picked up a club and hit my first ball on May 1st, 2024. It has been a constant addiction since then, but the first 6 months or so the addiction was very, very frustrating.

I tried to pick up tips from fellow golfers, watched hundreds of different YouTube videos, and went to multiple lessons with coaches & instructors at various ranges and clubs. Then I found Cole & Sebastian through a golfing buddy of mine, and they have completely changed the way I play, view, and enjoy golf. Every instructor I worked with prior to joining PIGC just parroted a few basic golf-swing tips and watched me hack at a ball in front of them for an hour before shaking hands, getting paid, and never thinking about my golf game again.

Working with Cole & Seb at PIGC is a different experience entirely. You don't just have someone telling you how to golf better for an hour before forgetting about you — instead you have a coach that is invested in your swing and the evolution of your game that can identify your issues or areas of improvement and then work with you consistently to see real progress.

You can also tell how much they care with their excitement and encouragement as they see you making better movements and lowering your scores. When I joined PIGC I was looking for a learning and improvement-focused golf environment where I can work with some of the best coaches in the area on a consistent basis and have them actually care about my progress and experience.

In the ~2-1/2 months since joining I've gained ~15mph+ clubhead speed and 20yds+ of distance on every club in my bag, shaved 10–15 strokes off of my scores, broke into the 80s on the course where I was previously struggling to break 100, gained an incredible amount of consistency with my ball-striking, and gained a much deeper understanding of the golf swing and how to diagnose & work on issues from day to day.

My worst day on the course after a few months working with the guys at the club is better than my best day on the course prior to joining. I truly believe that regardless if you're a 30 handicapper looking to level up your game or a scratch golfer looking for a dedicated learning facility, PIGC is the best investment you can make towards improving your golf game.

I was blown away the first time I walked into Portland Indoor Golf Club (PIGC) at how big it was. There's a massive 5000 sq. ft. putting and chipping green that immediately greets you when you walk in. To the left of the green is a large hitting area, followed by 2 hitting bays towards the back. To the right of the putting green is an 85 ft. putting matt to focus on putting start line and speed control.

I'm thinking to myself, "this is so impressive", until I realized that there is another aisle that I didn't see when I walked in which house 10 more hitting bays (for a total of 12) 7 of which have Trackman Radar Units, the standard of launch monitors. I hope you're getting the picture; Portland Indoor Golf Club isn't your typical indoor simulator golf that we've all become accustomed to, where you rent a bay, head down with a couple of friends, and grab a beer and some grub and play 18 holes.

When you walk in the front door, to the right is a workout area, complete with a Tonal Fitness unit. You also have an area dedicated to golf fitness, and probably more golf training aids than you can imagine. Portland Indoor Golf Club is a place for the serious golfer to get better.

One of the excellent benefits when you join PIGC is access to The Stack System, probably the top speed training system out there today. If you were to purchase The Stack System, the cost is $299, plus a speed-reading device which can cost from $100 to $289. For me, the access to The Stack System at no additional cost is a great benefit.

For me, I am currently a 6 handicap player and I'm looking to move down to a 3 handicap this year. I realized that PIGC was going to be the place where I can come and work on my game to allow me to realize my goal. To have access to a Trackman with all of the practice options is amazing.

One key feature of PIGC that helped me decide to join was the access to the facility. Open 24/7, 365. Portland Indoor Golf Club is unique, with nothing else like it in the Portland Metro area. I might call it the Disneyland for the serious golfer!

Portland Indoor Golf Club has completely changed the way I practice and play golf. I was looking for an affordable, reliable place to work on my ball striking, and PIGC exceeded my expectations.

The 24/7 access means I can practice whenever it fits my schedule, whether it's a full 18 holes in under an hour or just a quick session. The convenience is unbeatable—no more five-hour rounds or struggling to find time to improve my game. One of the biggest benefits is the availability of training aids, like Golfboks, which are already set up and ready to use.

Speaking of feedback, the TrackMan system has been a game-changer. It gives me precise data on swing direction, face path, club path, and more, allowing me to make meaningful improvements with every session.

Weather is no longer a concern—rain or shine, I can always practice. Beyond golf, PIGC offers a well-equipped gym, including a Tonal system, which allows me to work on my fitness without having to go to a separate facility. Having access to both golf and fitness in one place is a massive advantage.

Since joining, I've refined my swing, turning my slice into a controlled fade and adding a push draw to my shot options. I also had an unforgettable moment when I made a hole-in-one during a KP Challenge. The biggest win for me has been truly understanding my swing.

If you're serious about improving your game, this is the place to be. It's affordable, accessible, and packed with everything you need to get better.

There's no better place to improve your golf game than PIGC. Instead of banging away aimlessly at your local driving range, come to PIGC for targeted instruction and a welcoming community of golfers eager to enhance their craft.

PIGC's state of the art facilities include a dozen bays, a large chipping and putting green, and access to various tools critical to upping your game, such as the Stack System, Tonal, and a Trackman membership. Weekly tournaments provide focus, fun, and friendly competition.

But most importantly, Sebastian, Cole, the rest of the PIGC team are always available to answer questions and provide practical tips to lower your scores. I've leaned on their expertise as I work toward scratch and very much appreciate their willingness to always check in with me and offer a few minutes to push my game to the next level. If you're truly serious about improvement, PIGC is the place for you.

As a golf obsessed father of 2, the ability to play full rounds and practice consistently is extremely difficult given the time investment. The moment I walked into PIGC I knew this was THE BEST place to work on every aspect of my game, from speed training to chipping and putting…once I saw the massive indoor putting green (with a sand bunker!) I was sold. The coaching staff, whether you have an up and coming youth golfer or you're looking to find gains in your current game, will help you achieve your goals.

I hover around a 5 HCP and was looking to gain more speed. In one 30-minute session, Coach Sebastian helped me increase my clubhead speed +10 mph (95mph to 105mph)…now I comfortably swing the driver at 107 and have also reached 111! If you're looking to sharpen your skills you will not find a better setup. This facility, the knowledgeable coaches and 24/7 member access has everything you need to improve your game!

I was first introduced to PIGC after taking a lesson at The Golf Gym. I wanted to get out and practice the things I had learned, but the weather in Portland was miserable at the time and I was looking for a place I could practice with some frequency, even if I couldn't easily get out on the course.

What I discovered was that not only did PIGC provide a (warm) place to practice, but that I could practice a lot more effectively by learning to use the different tools that PIGC has to offer. For example, by practicing on the simulator (which Sebastian showed me how to use), I can now immediately see what I did wrong on bad shots. This is a lot more helpful to me than just going to the driving range where the only feedback I get is whether my ball went straight or not. I have also taken a couple of lessons with Sebastian that focused on improving my basic swing mechanics, as well as proper techniques for chipping and putting.

To be clear, I am not a good golfer. I have been playing and taking lessons for two years and am trying to get to a level where I can break 100 consistently. I was a little worried at first that PIGC was only a place for golfers who were way better than me. What I discovered is that PIGC is really a place for people who want to improve their game, whatever their skill level. I have felt very welcome at PIGC and everyone has been great to me there.

Tyler W.

My goal is to finally break 80 and with my Membership at PIGC and support from Sebastian, Cole and team I am confident I am going to get there. The only issue is my wife is now a golf widow since I am always at the facility practicing.

I signed up excited for 24 hour access to trackman simulators and a place to chip & putt at night. I was delighted to discover a ton of equipment & aids also available to make use of. Between the ropes, true turn, crossover system & squat bands, I've enjoyed the combination & variety of so many fun toys in addition to the simulators & practice green that I was looking forward to.

I've really been enjoying a variety of functions with the trackman. Surprisingly, between 50 & 100 yards is where I've seen the largest benefit to my on course scores. Performance Center mode with wedges allows me to train & better understand relationship with partial swing distances. Previously on course it's been difficult for me to figure out how to execute something like a 68 yard pin over a bunker. Now I feel much more comfortable as I've been able to get lots of feel via reps training similar distances.

As an analyst I was also excited to be given access to all of my trackman data via CSV exports. From there I was able to dump data into excel & evaluate trends over time. Trackman data is especially useful when combined with my phone to record footage using one of the many available tripods.

My putting also benefits from access to a flat measured off ~70 foot area. The variety of eyeline mirrors, gates & other putting aids also helps keep things fun & encourage me to work on putting without getting bored repeating the same things over & over. Combined with lessons from Cole I've gained purpose & direction with my practice time & PIGC is the perfect place to get better.

I'm a 6 index with a goal to get to scratch. I've put in more hours than I would like to admit at the range and on course chasing improvement via my latest guess as to why ball is not behaving.

After a month and a half of grinding at PIGC I realize now that the limiter was information and tools, not the motivation. I didn't have the feedback to know what I didn't know. PIGC has provided me the tools and insights so that I know what my problems are. I used to go spend a lot of time at the range trying to connect ball flight to what I believed I did to produce that flight.

Since PIGC I am kind of embarrassed to say that all that effort was like the proverbial, "blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat which isn't there." It's so easy to fool yourself into thinking you know why the ball behaves as it does off the club face but once you know all that you don't know, a light bulb goes off and you hear a voice in your head telling you, "this changes everything." More effective, less wasted effort, and it doesn't rain inside. That's the simplest summation of my experience at PIGC.

PIGC has been a complete game changer for my golf game. They've created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere while also providing every tool you need to improve your game. My main concern before joining was that the tech would be hard to use. Quite the opposite, the simulators are always working and extremely user friendly. The skill games and trackman combine have helped me gamify my practice and the weekly tournaments provide an opportunity to test your game in competition. If you love golf this is your place.

Ryan C.

As a new dad, finding time to practice and improve my game has been a challenge. Before joining PIGC, I'd hit the range occasionally and play a handful of rounds a year, but I never had a structured way to work on my fundamentals.

I wanted to eliminate bad habits—flipping at impact, poor body rotation—and build a more consistent swing. More than anything, I needed a place that allowed me to work on both my golf game and my fitness in one spot. From the moment I walked into PIGC, I knew it was exactly what I needed.

They have every tool and training aid imaginable to help golfers improve. TrackMan, GolfBoks, a full short game area, and even a fitness space—it's all here. More importantly, I now have a structured practice routine. Instead of guessing what to work on, I come in at least twice a week with a plan and get meaningful reps in. The biggest win for me so far? Gaining the ability to self-diagnose my swing.

My swing speed has already improved, my ball striking is getting more consistent, and I feel like I finally have a path to reaching my goal of becoming a scratch golfer and competing in state amateur events. A huge shoutout to Sebastian for the quick lesson that helped me start striping the ball! The knowledge and coaching here are top-tier. If you're serious about improving, PIGC is the place to be.
